Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on the delivery location and the fastest service available.

Order cutoff time is 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Sunday.

Tracking numbers are available for all shipments, allowing you to track your package at every step.

Estimated Delivery Time

U.S. Domestic Orders: Over 90% of our orders are delivered in 11 days or fewer, demonstrating our commitment to fast delivery. Typically, the delivery time ranges between 7-14 calendar days after processing.

International Orders: Delivery times average 12 days post-processing. All international packages include necessary paperwork for smooth customs clearance. Delays at customs are beyond our control, but we strive to expedite your shipments. Please note, that any customs duties, fees, or VAT imposed by authorities are the customer's responsibility. Shipping Fees

A small shipping fee on orders under $50 supports our Eco-Friendly Packaging Program, which consolidates multiple items into a single shipment to minimize environmental impact. For orders over $50, we further optimize these consolidations, allowing us to waive the shipping fees.

This initiative promotes more efficient shipping methods, reducing the environmental footprint of each delivery and supporting our commitment to sustainability and responsible commerce.

  • Shipping Fee: Flat fee of $4.99 for orders under USD 50 (pre-tax).
  • Standard & International Shipping: Free for orders of USD 50 or more (pre-tax).

To check the shipping charges for your order, start the process of creating an order and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout page, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the purchase amount.

Shipping rates are consistent across all countries we ship to.

Tracking Orders

A tracking number is provided for all orders once available.

You can view your order status and shipping information on the Order Status page. You will need the order number (provided in your order confirmation email; check your spam folder if you cannot find this email) and the email address used at the time of purchase.

Please note that the initial tracking number may change within the first few days after shipment. Consequently, the system may take a few days to update your order status and provide current updates. During this time, your status may display as “Order Ready,” even though your order is already in transit.

U.S. Orders Shipping Requirements

All U.S. orders must include a complete address, which includes the home number, street address, ZIP code, and a valid telephone number or email address.

Customers are strongly encouraged to provide a street address to avoid delivery delays.

  • If a P.O. Box address is used, packages may experience delays and are not covered by Bunny Bumm or shipping partner service guarantees. An Address Correction charge may apply.
  • Claims for missing orders or items sent to P.O. Boxes will not be accepted and are ineligible for refunds.

International Shipping Taxes and Duties

Your package will be subject to taxes and duties levied upon arrival in the destination country. These charges must be borne by you, as we cannot predict or control them. Bunny Bumm is not liable for these additional charges. Each order will include a customs form detailing the contents and value of your shipment. For damaged items, this value will assist in assessments. We advise contacting your local customs office for more information as you, the importer, must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

International Orders Shipping Requirements

Your shipping and billing addresses must match; we only ship to the billing address. International orders can be placed using credit cards with AVS or PayPal if AVS is unsupported.

Holidays Observed

Packages are shipped on business days only. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Lost Items

Bunny Bumm is committed to ensuring the secure delivery of your orders. However, we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or stolen once confirmed delivered by our shipping partners. Claims for packages reported missing but confirmed delivered will be subject to investigation by our insurance company. If fraud is confirmed, legal actions may be taken.


You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items free of charge.

  • To initiate a return, please submit a request to Upon approval, a shipping label will be provided.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect the package and proceed with the refund process as outlined in our 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns policy.
  • Important considerations for returns: Unauthorized returns such as opened, used, damaged items, or those missing original tags will be declined. Clearance or Secret Room items typically do not qualify unless otherwise approved.
  • If your return is declined and you wish to have the item reshipped, a $4.99 fee applies. You have 30 days to pay this fee. Unclaimed items after 60 days will be discarded or donated.
