We offer an inexpensive shipping rate for our customers. Rates are based on the total order amount.

Bunny Bumm products are stocked and fulfilled in Miami Beach, FL or through our fulfillment partners around the globe.

We include appropriate paperwork, but sometimes things may take longer to clear customs, or are delayed by the courier company. As these type of situations are out of our control, there isn't much we can do to hurry the process.
Additionally, any customs duties/fees/VAT imposed by governmental authorities or local carrier shall be the customer’s responsibility. Please read the Tax & Duties below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAXES AND DUTIES
Your package will be subject to taxes and duties that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the Postal Service nor Bunny Bumm can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs’ clearance must be borne by you. Bunny Bumm has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs’ regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Bunny Bumm, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order will be accompanied by a Customs’ form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs’ office for further information.
U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. orders must provide a full address, including home, street address, Zip code and valid telephone number or email address. The customer must make every effort to obtain a street address. If you should use a P.O. Box address: A Package addressed to a P.O. Box may experience delays, is not covered by any Bunny Bumm or shipping partner Service Guarantee, and is subject to an Address Correction charge. Claims of missing orders/items addressed to P.O. Boxes will not be accepted and will not be covered for refunds.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Your shipping and billing address must be the same. We only ship to the billing address.
International orders can checkout using credit cards, however your credit card must be issued by a bank that uses AVS (address verification system). If the AVS is not supported, you can alternatively use PayPal.
Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are a list of our holidays and considered to be a non-business day:

Sadly, if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address we won’t take responsibility for shipping costs.
Also, if you make a mistake on your order, we are willing to accommodate your needs but won’t be responsible for shipping costs.
False claims of missing package won’t be honored. Meaning if the shipping partner confirms delivery of your package but claims of not receiving package is received by Bunny Bumm, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
We accept returns but be aware if item was damaged, opened or used , we won’t be able to help you. Returns Shippings are free. Please read our returns and exchanges policy.
Note: If you order two (2) or more of the same item or add an item to your order and qualify for free shipping but then request a return, the shipping fee waived at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.
