Refund policy
We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return any item(s), you are entitled to do so within 30 days of the delivery date at no charge, whether for an exchange, a full refund, or store credit. A complimentary shipping label and detailed instructions for the return process will be provided.

Conditions for Refunds
To maintain our commitment to free and easy returns, refunds will be issued exclusively for:
- Items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Bunny Bumm, provided there is written approval via email or other documented communication.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned for refunds:
- Clearance items and/or items purchased using discount or promo codes that require a minimum purchase amount are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if your return is rejected or if it includes items from the Return Ineligibility section.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to address and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different size or product. Contact us at orders@bunnybumm.com for assistance with exchanges.
Processing Time for Refunds
After you return your item(s), please allow us 5-7 business days to receive, inspect, and process your return. Once processed, the refund will typically be issued to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
