Conditions

To keep providing you with free and easy returns, refunds will only be issued for items that haven’t been used or worn, are returned in their original packaging, condition, unwashed, and with all tags/labels attached. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the protection of our customers, and for sanitary reasons, personal or intimate-use items, such as underwear, and socks, are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Clearance, BOGO, items purchased using discount/promo codes requiring a minimum purchase amount, or similar offers, are not eligible for refunds. You may request store credit, received in the form of a discount code for the amount paid for these items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges
